Booking Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of £250 per booking is required (non refundable)
- Balance due 2 weeks before your holiday.
- We do not give refunds under any circumstances for cancellations, therefore we recommend you take out independent holiday cancellation insurance.
- Dogs welcome (additional charges apply).They must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. They must not be left in the holiday property alone.
- The holiday home must be left in the same state of cleanliness as found.
- Additional cleaning charges may be charged to your card for excessive cleaning if required.
